Agricot jam recipe:
3 kg apricots, 1,6 kg of sugar, 1 lemon. Thoroughly wash the
apricots and remove the stones. Grate the lemon. Squeeze the
lemon and set it aside. Cut half of the apricots in half and
place them in a pot or a pan. Strain the other helf and add the
lemon to it. Mix it together with the other half. Cook for three
minutes while adding the sugar. Let it simmer stirring it
occasionally while it thickens.
When you reach the desires thickness, remove
from fire and let it cool down. Serve with whole-wheat brioches
and green apple juice. |
