Venetian cuisine. The chef is Raffaele Girotto: his heritage is
easily recognized while he continues to improve his recipes by
creating new and exciting gourmet dishes. Gianpietro is the
attentive host appreciated for his warmth and hospitality whose
words and gestures have become a staple. The wine cellar is well
stocked with over 300 labels. The restaurant can comfortably
seat up to 40 people.
The restaurant can be booked for afternoon
cocktails, business breakfasts or social gatherings, which can
also be organized in one of the Venetian Villas, which have made
